Joy + Wonder / The Dexter

This 78’’ x 96’’ mixed media mural was created for The Dexter, a newly built multi use building in Cleveland’s Ohio City neighborhood, and in partnership with CASTO and Ohio City Inc.. The goal was to create a joyful, bold and colorful piece that incorporates natural, figurative, architectural, and abstract elements.

Placement is on a path that local residents used as an informal north-south connection to walk through the neighborhood. Ohio City Inc. requested that The Dexter maintain this pathway and incorporate it into the design of the building. It connects to Franklin Circle via an indoor arcade through the building.
